DMCA Takedown Requests

VRTubbies respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content indexed or linked through our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

To submit a valid DMCA notice, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the content you claim is being infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
• URL(s) of the infringing content — the specific page(s) on vrtubbies.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Statement of good faith — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of accuracy — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Response & Processing

We will review all valid DMCA notices and respond promptly. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing listing from our index. We may notify the relevant third-party hosting platform of the notice.

Incomplete notices that do not meet the requirements above may not be processed.

Counter-Notices

If content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". A valid counter-notice must include the same information as listed above, plus an explanation of why you believe the content was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

VRTubbies has a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
