Distributor status

VRTubbies is a curated catalogue of sexually explicit content licensed from third-party studios and producers. VRTubbies does not produce sexually explicit content itself and is therefore not a Primary Producer as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75. VRTubbies operates exclusively as a distributor / Secondary Producer.

Records maintained by Primary Producers

All performers depicted in visual content available through VRTubbieswere at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the original Primary Producers of each scene. The studio name and producer are surfaced on each scene page so that requests for record verification can be directed to the appropriate Primary Producer.

Each licensed studio whose content appears in our index has warranted in its distribution agreement that it complies with all applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and maintains custodial records at its primary place of business.

Custodian of Records for distributor materials

For any non-explicit promotional materials, thumbnails, or editorial content produced by VRTubbies itself (which do not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)), the Custodian of Records is:

Performer age verification

VRTubbies requires every Primary Producer in its licensing agreements to verify the age of every performer prior to production using one or more of the following government-issued identity documents: a passport, driver's licence, or equivalent national identity card. Original verification records are held by the Primary Producer; VRTubbies retains the studio's warranty of compliance as part of its distribution paperwork.

Reporting suspected violations

If you believe any content available through VRTubbies depicts a person who was under 18 years of age at the time of production, report it immediately to [email protected] and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. See our dedicated CSAM reporting page for full reporting procedure.
